CONGRATS!!
I found this article on the  Salt Lake Community College website.  We went to an evening of honor dinner last night where Roger was recognized.    Roger's positive energy follows him wherever he goes.  His zest for life is contagious.    We are proud of you Rog!  You have earned it.

Roger McQueen - Honorary Doctorate

Roger McQueen graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications. During his schooling, he contracted as a college intern with Northwestern Mutual, a company he has served for 38 years in various leadership roles. After a few years as an officer at the home office, he became a Managing Partner in 1991 in Wisconsin. In 1997, he was asked to oversee the Utah General Agency and has since been the Managing Partner in Utah. Under his leadership the business has grown to 75 full time representatives and 35 college interns from all colleges and universities throughout the state. The Northwestern Mutual holds the #1 market share in Utah for personal life insurance.

In his career Roger has received numerous personal production and agency awards from the Northwestern Mutual and the life insurance industry. He has served on the Salt Lake Community College Foundation Board for 10 years and is a member of the Salt Lake Rotary Club. He has held and continues to hold many leadership positions in his local church.
